I am really freaked out right now and afraid I am going to miscarry again. I went to the doc to have my pregnancy confirmed and she did a urine test and said I wasn't pregnant. I have taken four different kinds of tests and gotten BFPs on all of them so I was in shock and speechless. When we walked by th "lab" area I had to see the tests (she did two) for myself. They were negative, but there were 3 unmarked urine samples on the counter. It didn't hit me until after we left the assistant could have used the wrong urine. I immediately ran to to Walmart and picked up another answer test. Two hours later I took it and it was positive as can be. Do you think they messed up or do you think my hcg is getting lower and I might miscarry? I am so upset and freaked out right now. Of course DH is no help. He doesn't understand how upset I am because I am afraid of m/c. What do you all think? There is progression which is good right? I had implantation spotting 10 DPO and 11 DPO. She did do a blood test but I have to wait until Fri for the results. I am going nuts!!!!!
Here is the test from 1 pm today 17 DPO
Here is the digi from 13 dpo
IC and OPK from 13 dpo
Answer test from 11 dpo

Well those test are getting darker not lighter, so I say the doctor's office did something wrong. I have heard before that the test that the doctor's office use is not as sensitive as the ones that you buy at the store, I don't know if this is true or not.
but.......

The ones at doc offices are typically testing for 50 to 100 mIU, so it's entirely possible you're still too early to get the tests there to be positive. Also possible they messed up. Those tests look good, so don't worry just yet! I bet on Friday the results will be positive. Oh and why the heck do ya have to wait till Friday?? My doc always gets my results back to me same day -- usually within a couple of hours.
GL! Try not to worry (I know, I know, easier said than done).

Wow. That looks like a definite BFP. Did you call the doc and tell them you had another positive test and that something must be wrong? Most HPTs are so accurate, and yes, they could be more sensitive than the docs office. MY OBs office never really questions a definite BFP on an HPT. I'd call. And, I KNOW that the doctor would want to know if someone was messing up in the lab!
I can't wait to hear the results Friday! I have a feeling that they'll confirm your WalMart findings

You're pregnant! I've see the doctor's office pregnancy tests. They look like really cheap dollar store tests. I wouldn't worry too much what those tests say there. I think the doctor's shouldn't even do urine tests at the appointment. They should stick to blood tests to confirm the pregnancy.

I would say you are pregnant. I would take that test into them to show them. I would agree and do the blood work. I am only 3 weeks and 5 days and I did the blood work and it was positive. I still have to go back on Friday just to make sure the go up

You're definitely pregnant, Randie! There's no doubting that!!!
The tests at the doc's office are probably too sensitive, and won't detect it yet. I bet your results on Friday will be amazing!!!

I agree with Jessica!, its stupid that they even do urine tests at the docs office....especially if they are using tests that aren't nearly as sensitive as FRER, Answer, etc.
Congrats on your pregnancy! I don't think you have anything to worry about at this point. You might call tomorrow and ask about your blood results, they certainly should have them by then. Sometimes the doc office folks don't understand how crazy and stressed this whole process makes us, so you have to get a bit aggressive with them.

Just jumping in to say I agree with the other ladies, it is possible the dr.s office tests are not able to pick up very early hcg levels

Thank you ladies. I am hoping you are right. I knew two of the people that were in the office so I hope one of them turn up pregnant. I thought digitals were the least sensitive so I took one Saturday in the middle of the day just to see if it would show up and it did. I will keep you posted on what the blood test shows. I know that came out of my arm. I am just so scared that I might miscarry again. I am sure you all understand this roller coaster. Thanks again for your support.

i've always heard the dr's tests aren't as sensitive cuz people don't usually go to the dr for a pee test until they've already missed their period. so i woulnd't worry too much, your hpt are getting darker.
