I'm no help with this, I just wanted to say that I have heard of women that do have some cramping when they O. I never did, or never noticed.

I don't have them, but lots of women on here have said that they do. I've known quite a few women who can tell exactly when they O and from which side.

my O cramps are nothing like menstrual cramps. when i'm Oing i get sharp pains in my ovaries. they are very very different from AF cramps. but that is not to say that others don't get AF cramps during O. maybe someone else can shed some light on it. G/L

My O pains are little pains in either my right or left ovary. This cycle I O'd from the left side.
