Possible break in Caylee Anthony case

They found the body of a young child less than 1/2 mile from the grandparents home and it is believed to be Caylee

That is aweful, but hopefully now they can get to the truth of what happened to that poor little one.

Its awful, but you know what? Caylee is in a MUCH better place now, and her mother cannot furthur hurt her. Its so messed up... the things id do to Casey if i could get my hands around her throat.....

I know it's Caylee's body. I KNOW IT! I started crying at work when a co-worker informed me that a meter reader found a bag and a skull came out of it down the street from the Anthony's house.

I'm watching Nancy Grace in about 10 minutes. It's said that when Casey found out about the remains, that she fainted and passed out in the jail. Just an act? Or was she shocked that someone found her daughter and now the death sentence will be back on the table?

She's probably shocked because now she knows they'll see the evidence behind everything. OR, the woman didn't do it, and the person she was covering for didn't tell her that her daughter was dead and now she's all shocked about it.

Either way, I hope she gets lethal injection.

I can't say one way or another... but it would suck if some other sicko killed a young child and left the remains near their house just to stir everything up.

^ That would be very sick, but I still highly doubt that.

FBI studies prove that when a family member murders another family member, they "hide" the body within three miles of the home.

If this was another child's body, don't you think that the parent(s) of that child would have reported that their child was missing and not wait 31 days? Remember, Casey told nobody that her child was missing until 31 days later... and Cindy Anthony (Casey's mom) had to call the police. And also, don't forget all the lies that Casey told that ran the police around in circles for weeks.

Those are Caylee's remains.

I've heard that as well, Jessica. That people who murder family members, don't hide the bodies very far from the home. It's so sickening.

The FBI said they should know who the body belongs to by this weekend and Monday at the latest. I just read that investigators took out "very promising" evidence from the Anthony's home too. I really wish the grandparents' would get out of fairy tale world and just admit that their grand daughter is dead.

Now the defense attorneys are asking that their own experts be present at the forensic testing. Why? That's assuming that the remains are hers. I agree. The remains are probably Caylee. But, if they aren't, I think you're opening another "can of worms" by having defense experts present that may have NOTHING to do with this case.

The whole thing makes me sick. That ANYONE could hurt a child is BEYOND me...

i'm so sad for what the little girl probably went through. i can't even think about it, it makes me physically ill. children are supposed to be adored and protected by ANY adult. so very very sad.

just wanted to say she will in no case get the death sentence. they said that they are not persuing or asking for that. she will get life in prison, which is what i hope she gets. they should take her out of solitary confinment and let the inmates have at her

I don't know why they are protecting her anyway. Your in jail... not the freaking Bellagio. The skull had DUCT TAPE over the mouth. That's premeditated murder.
