I live in Northern British Columbia.... it snows A LOT !!
We don't ski or snowboard or anything like that but we're soo looking forward to taking Mattea tobogganing for the first time this year!

Well, not normally... I live in southern TX. However, it did snow the other day, only for 10 minutes or so and just very light. And being from NY, I miss the snow.
I live in Northern California and it doesn't typically snow where I live. Every now and agian we'll get a little flurry but it doesn't stick. It does snow just up the road in Tahoe and in the foothills. Actually, we're supposed to get low snow this weekend. Personally I hate the snow, so I'd prefer it to stay away haha.
We got 15 cm of snow last weekend, and at least another 15 cm today. And it's still snowing! I guess that's what happens when 1) you live in Canada and 2) you live next to the Rocky Mountains!
