Ok, what should I expect for my AF after the miscarriage. I bleed medium yesterday afternoon and then it came to about 5pm and nothing. I've had a light/medium bleeding today. I don't know if a couple days ago I started on Saturday or it was yesterday. I'm going to consider yesterday CD#1.

hmm...if anyone can give me some insight on #1 AF, I would appreciate it.

My mom said not to worry getting my af, because I will get pregnant right away with a girl, even though I would love another little boy, I will take any miracle. I'm not going to stress about it though. As long as I'm pregnant before my husband deploys I will be set.

My first AF was really heavy, and I was told to expect that. But, I think everyone's body is different. This AF was really early and more typical to what I had before the m/c. I think my body, and yours, has to kind of get back to normal?!?!?

Well, I figure mine wasn't going to be, because I bleed for 6 weeks while pregnant and then the week and a half after it. If there is anymore blood in me, I wouldn't know where it would come from haha.

I had a d&c so I don't know if it's different if you have a natural m/c. I had some spotting for a couple of days with no cramps and then I had full force af, with the worse cramps ever, and lasted longer than normal. Good Luck.

I got my first AF 23 days after my m/c (I had a natural m/c). My first few AF's were heavier than usual.

I had a d&c and 1st AF occurred 47 days after the procedure (this is a bit longer than the long end of the normal range of 4-6 weeks)...but AF was completely normal in length and if anything I think the cramping was less than normal.
