I miscarried and had a D & C 5 1/2 weeks ago. We've been given the BD go ahead for next week, but I haven't seen AF yet. Is it possible for us conceive before she arrives? Not that we won't do it anyway (DH is VERY excited ) Just wondering if anyone has any experience in this area.

We got the ok to BD before AF arrived too. You can def get pregnant before she arrives. They say the only tricky part is dating the pregnancy until your first ultrasound cause you really don't know when you ovulated. We haved gotten pg yet but best of luck to you in the first month after!!

Just curious...did your Dr give you the okay to DTD or to TTC?

It is possible to conceive before AF comes, assuming you ovulate. Most Drs recommend waiting until AF, but mine had told me that it would be okay if it were to happen.
