So after my m/c 2 weeks ago....I told myself I was going to wait 3 months to TTC again. My 30th birthday is in March, so I told myself I wanted to get in better shape, do some things for "me", give myself time to heal, and be able to drink on my birthday!

But now I just want to be given the okay to TTC after AF comes in a few weeks lol We'll see what my Dr says Wednesday I guess.

I go for a follow up tomorrow. I'm pretty sure he'll say we can start when AF comes, but he did say he'd do some tests/bloodwork (I don't know the details yet), so I don't know if we'd have to wait another cycle because of that.

You ladies will be the first to know though!

No, I meant since you wouldn't be able to drink this birthday (30) then you can always drink at the next one (31) lol. PS- What's wrong with being over 30? I'm almost 34 and feeling better every year. Well, aside from the bones cracking haha.

Ohhhh haha Gotcha! Yeah, if I'm not pregnant by March (either by not trying or just haven't gotten pregnant) I'll use the "at least I can drink" excuse...but I'm pretty sure I'll want to try sooner than that.

I joke about it, but I actually don't care much about turning 30. It's just another year as far as I'm concerned.

Right after my M/C I thought that I never wanted to go through that again. But time heals and I was ready to TTC again within a week.

Do what feels right. Remember 40 is the new 30! Of course, I'll be 36 in March!

My birthday is in March too. Woohoo for March birthdays!

I know I was so up and down during the 4 months I was on bcp between delivering Cora and officially TTC again (the first cycle TTC was unsuccessful). I think it's normal. Good luck deciding, and I personally hope you're pregnant on your birthday!

I say do it.... there is ALWAYS a reason to wait, but you'll always want a baby.

I would love to get together and introduce our babies or measure baby bumps later this year Good luck with whatever works for you!
