I had a - OPK on cd 7, 8 and 9 and a good + on cd10. My temp went up cd11 and today, cd12 and on cd11 my ewcm dried up. I had a lighter OPK yesterday (cd11) but still could maybe have been interpreted as +.

Today my ewcm seems to be increasing and I had another dark + OPK. What gives?

Hmm not sure. Maybe your body tried to ovulate with the first +, but for some reason it couldn't. so now it's trying again??? That's just my guess.

Id say you were gearing up to O but for whatever reason your body didnt until the second time around. At least sperm lives from 3-5 days in the body if its a hospitibal enviornment, so hopefully you caught that eggie!! Welcome to the 2WW!!
