Ok, well, did it take you a while to actually ovulate after miscarriage? I mean I'm setting myself up for the worse case scenario. I'm not getting my hopes up anymore this is my "new" new years resolution. I haven't had any clear thermal shift, even though I'm not good at it and probably mess it up all the time.

Did you guys have a delayed ovulation? I'm on day 16 or 17 and no shift yet. I hope I get some kind of sign soon of ovulation. How long should I go until I talk to my doctors about it?

Thanks guys!

Just popping in. After my m/c, I didn't get AF for about 2 months. Then I started my cycles again in October, but they would last 40+ days, one was 72 days! I went to the doctor in February for bloodwork, everything was normal. Went again in April and my thyroid was out of whack, which made me not ovulate. I would definently go to the doctor and ask then to run bloodwork for TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone). I read that after pregnancy sometimes your TSH gets messed up, so that is definently something to look into.

Although my problems go a little further than that, I had to wait until July to talk to an infertility doctor, because you need to be one year without a pregnancy, hopefully you won't have to go through all that!

Good Luck!

I have had two miscarriages. My first was a D&C at 10 weeks. I ovulated that cycle on CD24. The next cycle on CD21, and the cycle after that on CD19.

I am currently in my second m/c cycle (natural at 6 weeks) and am on CD22 (I think, you can see in my ticker) with no ovulation yet.

It does usually take a while to get back to "normal" so I wouldn't worry yet. Wishing you the best!

I honestly didn't keep track of ovulation following my miscarriage because I wasn't trying for a baby.

I hope you aren't waiting long, Kristen!!!!
