I lost my pg 2wks 1 day ago. I spotted for 3 days and my Hcg was down to 0. Now my pg symptoms are coming back. No AF since then. How long, about, does it take AF to come? Can you O before your first AF from m/c that early? I am so confused!
X-posted on TTC, sorry ladies, I am new at this!

I lost my babe about 3 wks ago and according to my charting I Oed 3 days ago, so I am sure it's possible. I didn't think I would O yet either, so that was a surprise to me!

I don't know if I O'd following my miscarriage, so I can't help you with that.
I was 5 weeks 1 day when I lost my baby, and 32 days from the day the bleeding stopped AF arrived for the 1st time.

I am so sorry for your loss! I hope you're doing OK.
AF returned 25 days after my m/c...that was pretty early. It's great that your hcg dropped to zero in such a short time. After my m/c mine was still over 1100! I hope your body starts "normalizing" soon. It takes awhile. I've had a few funky cycles since my loss. G/L KUP!!!

So sorry hun. I also felt like I was getting back some symptoms after my m/c but AF showed up exactly 29 days after the bleeding had stopped. I think I remember atleast one lady on here saying that she got pg again without ever having af. Good luck.

You can definitetly O before AF comes in your m/c cycle. I did with my first one (on CD24), haven't with this one yet. AF came 35 days after my D&C at 10 weeks.

I lost my baby at 9 weeks and had heavy bleeding like an AF for a few days that was sept 5th then I got the most heavy AF I have ever had oct. 17th so a lil over the normal 28 or so days. It was so heavy that I sat on the toilet and it was pouring out,,so be careful with the 1st one and stay off your feet. The 2-3 periods I had after the loss were very heavy and painful so your body has to reset and "clean itself" good luck sweetie!

I got pregnant immediately following an early m/c. My hcg went back to zero fast, like you, and my body just went on like the m/c had been an AF.

My last two early m/c's were also really quick, they were more like a late AF. Although I didn't get a BFP right after I know I did O the first time then got the BFP the next month. Don't know for sure if I have or will O this time after my m/c 2 weeks ago cause I started bcp for surgery.
But think positive! It can happen!

I didn't O right after my m/c I thought I did, but didn't. I got my AF 33 days after giving birth/miscarriage. But since you dropped so quickly i wouldn't put it past your body! Good luck and sorry about your loss.

Yes you can O following a miscarriage. In May 2002 I had an early miscarriage (around 5wks pg). I bled heavily for 10 days. June AF didn't show up, so i took a HPT and found myself pregnant once again. I carried the baby (my youngest DD) to term.

My first MC was Sept 1st 2007, I bled heavily the 1st day and then spotted for 3 more. We got pregnant again on Sept. 9th. I don't know when I O'd only know that was the only day we DTD so it had to be when we got pregnant. I went on to have a normal heathy baby girl.
