Hi Ladies,
I started joining the boards on JM when I was pregnant with my son Roman. I was part of the Sept. 08 DDC and then, sadly, became part of the Loss of a child board.
I gave birth to Roman at 30 weeks. He was born at home due to medical negligance. He had cerebral palsy, no brain function, and spinal menangitis. He was 19 1/2 inches long and weighed just 3 pounds 5 1/2 ounces. He was the longest baby in the NICU!

This is a pic of my memorial tattoo I got for him in November '08:


Roman was born July 1st, 2008 and grew wings July 8th, 2008.
We are trying to conceive again after much talking about what happened to Roman. The odds we were given that this would happen again were 1 in a billion, so why not try again!
Just thought I give you a brief description of my family and why I'm here!

I'm very sorry for the loss of your son - your photos of him are really lovely, as is the memorial tattoo.

The women on this board are really great - and incredibly supportive! I hope you find the same kind of support I have, and that you get your BFP quickly!

Michelle,

Roman is so beautiful!!! He is such a perfect little angel. I love the memorial tattoo that you have, it must mean so much to you. I got one to remember my Zachary the day after I came home from the hospital. I just felt like it couldn't wait. I am so happy to hear that you are willing to try again. Roman deserves a little brother or sister that will come to love him as much as you and your DH love him. Feel free to PM me anytime if you would like to talk about him. I am planning to start TTC on my next cycle. Maybe we will be in a DDC together! You are so blessed to be Roman's mommy!!!

Michelle, im so sorry you lost Roman physically, but Im sure you feel so blessed to have spent 30 weeks and 7 days with him He is absolutly beautiful hun. I wish you the best of luck TTC again. I hope it happens quickly for you guys.
