OK...I am not trying to get my hopes up, and I am worried I'm going to start imagining things. But, I've noticed that I have this "tinny" metallic taste in my mouth. I have seen other women post about it, but, couldn't it just be from the prenatal vitamins and supplements? And, if it is a pg symptom, what's if from?!?!?! I don't remember it from my last pregnancies. The 2ww is hard. I don't want to create pg symptoms that aren't there...enough to drive me crazy!

I had it with my two kids, and now with this one too. I never had it though with the one I miscarried. For me, its no so much metallic, but very, very bitter...its horrible!!!! it seems worse after I brush with minty toothpaste

I didn't notice it with my 2 pregnancies, but I really had no other symptoms either. I hope it is it for you though!

DH had a Guiness last night and said it had a metallic taste. I should ask him if he's pregnant

Kelty! YAY for 1st official pregnancy symptom!!

I had that same metallic taste (mine was a little later, around week 5 I think) and like Anna, I noticed it mostly after I brushed my teeth. I was also kickin with the super smelling sense too, so sometimes things smelled metallic as well.

I wish I could help. I don't think I ever noticed a metallic taste for my pregnancies. I just think taste weird, but never noticed a metallic taste, that I know of. But hey, I did just probably didn't realize it and went about eating.

I can't wait for you to test!
