Anyone else have this?

My RE said I do but didn't mention whether I'm hetero, compound hetero or homozygote...

I am now taking 3mg folic acid but wondered if anyone knew anything more.

Mine was negative, but I still take Folgard (not sure of the mg of folic acid) every day because we can't figure out what is causing my multiple losses.

I had to google it. I’m sure I was tested, because my RE originally thought I might have some kind of genetic thing, but the tests came back negative. (he based it on me having osteoporosis at a young age-although I think it’s because I have rods in my back and it has kept weight off my lower spine)

Sounds like heavy dosages of Folic Acid may be the fix though.
Sorry you have to deal with this!
