I haven't been around since my M/C in the beginning of January. I thought the DR told me I had to take a break for a month of TTC because it would be an increased risk of another M/C. So I was soooo happy for AF to come today and finally thought I could start again. NOPE!!!! When I called my DR he said I now have to wait AOTHER MONTH for my uterine lining to shed properly It was bad enough that this was going to be my last month trying because I have been trying for almost a year and 1/2 now and originally I wanted my 2 1/2 yr old and the baby to be around 2 yrs apart....well obviously that came and went so now all I wanted was to make sure they would be in high school together ( 9th & 12 grade) so this month was going to be my last chance for that . So is this really the end of the road ???????
Oh honey, I'm sorry we had to meet this way. DH and I just started trying again 2 months ago after the loss of our son Roman 7 months ago. I wouldn't necessarily say it's the end of the road as long as you don't mind having your children spaced apart like that. My Ex-DH and his wife have kids 5 years apart, all 3 of them are 5 years different from each other. So I guess it just depends on how badly you want closely spaced siblings.
's to you and what ever decision you and your DH decide to make!

I feel sorry o bad for you that they want you to wait another month!
But think of it this way, you may be able to get your oldest out of diapers before the next is born, then you would only have one in diapers!

I'm sorry that things aren't going so well. My DD is already 7. I've been asking DH for a baby for over three years, since she was 3, and he just wasn't ready. We finally decided to TTC and we lost the pregnancy at 14 weeks. Then we had to wait six months and low and behold. The Due Date was actually Feb and that's when we began to TTC and now here we are an entire year later and we can begin TTCAL in Feb again. It's hard, but I really want another baby, so I'm going to grin and bare it and hope they are close. I'm sorry the doc is making you wait....
I am so sorry you are down. I wish your doc had told you the whole truth in the beginning My dds are 9yrs and 6 1/2 years old. I thought that I was finished. Then I met df Nelson, and we started trying. I think it will be great. Even though I am 30 now, I will have a lot of help from the girls now that they are older. Good luck. I hope you feel better and that it takes you no time to get pregnant.
My step kids will be 10 and 11 years older than this little one. I think it will be helpful. We don't always get what we plan, but usually what we do get is just as good, or better that way. It just may not always seem like it at the moment. Just take the time to relax and enjoy the "no pressure" because we all know that TTC (and TTCAL) can be uber stressful.
