I saw my regular OB today and we came up with a gameplan. He feels I'm just not starting the blood thinners early enough and that my progesterone may be too low so we're going to be pro-active and I will start once daily injections of Lovenox and prometrium after ovulation until I either start or get a BFP and if I get a BFP, I'll continue the meds.

I feel good about it and at least feel like we're doing something. I'm also having a sonohystogram to check for any polyps/scarring etc since my delivery of Clark was very traumatic.
