Hi everybody. My name is Amanda (30). My dh is Steve (34). We had a baby boy Wyatt a little over 5 months ago. 9/10/2008 to be exact. I think we are actively trying to conceive next month. We had lost a little bean 9/18/2007 at 8w 4d. We had a heartbeat at 6w and then I started spotting and the baby had lost it's heartbeat. I went through 2 d and c's afterwards. I wasn't miscarrying on my own so they did the first d and c and then 6 weeks later I still felt pregnant and took a hpt and it was positive. Come to find out they had left tissue so we went in Oct. to have the 2nd d and c. We were told to wait 3 months to ttc but we only waited 2 cycles. We tried in Dec. of 07 and found out Jan 08 little Wyatt was on the way. He is seriously the most amazing little guy. And I'm blessed to be able to stay at home with him.

But my dh and I want several children. And I would like to be done by the time I'm 35 or 36. Are initial plan was this summer (Aug) we were going to start trying. Then we decided well maybe June. The we moved it up to May. And now my dh today asked if I could go by those "pee on the stick things that tell you when it's ovulation time" because he wants to start trying again. So I guess we are going to be actively trying to conceive next cycle. I was here after my loss and I always come in here to check on everybody everyday. (I don't post just lurk) I hope it's okay I come back here. I just feel like you all know/understand about the loss and the fears that come along with it more than the regular ttc board. If it's not okay please just let me know.

Now the crazyiness of ttc begins again :biggrin:

I'm jae, dh Brant, we've been trying for our 1st since August 08. We had a m/c on Dec 30th. We start trying in march (if it didn't happen this month)

Of course we would love to know about your journey and your progress!!! I think it is wonderful when women who have had a loss go on to have healthy happy pregnancies (and the little one's to prove it)! You can be our inspiration
