Well, my d&c went very well. The worst part was definitely getting the IV. It was not near as bad as I thought that it was going to be. It also helped that my Dr and 2 of the nurses shared their d&c / m/c stories with me and knew what I was going through. I was put on antibiotics as the surgery dr thought that an infection may have just started to set in. I was also told no ttc for 3 months. Emotionally I am doing okay. I know that this happened for a reason and that the pain will go away eventually. I do feel pretty empty inside, like a piece of me is gone. I think one of the hardest things for me right now is that all of the cows on our farm are having their babies right now - and knowing that mine is no longer with us.

Glad the surgery went ok today. Hope you get to feelingback to normal soon. I know you always think about your baby, even when you start to see cows and people and friends, etc it's soo hard. I think you will be ok once you can start trying again. After a few weeks, I bet you'll want to start trying, but have to wait . That's what sucks for me right now.

Happy to hear your surgery went well and you are feeling okay. It was hard for me to wake up from that and know my baby was gone (I did deliver him, but really didn't have much time to stop and think before I had to go into surgery to remove part of the placenta). This must be a difficult time for you, just know that we will be here for you and you don't have to go anywhere if you decide to wait to TTC. You can stay right here and post your little heart out!!!

I'm glad to hear the surgery went well, and your doc and nurses shared their stories with you. It always seems to be a little easier, when you know someone else has experienced what you have.

I hope your 3 months fly by, you know we're here for you through every question, concern, vent, anything!

Thinking about you sweetie!!!

I'm so glad the surgery went well. Now it's time to heal and to get ready for TTC in three months. I hemorrhaged with my m/c so I was told to wait until my iron levels were normal to TTC. It was three cycles. I spent my time here and it made it much easier. Granted, I didn't come here until about a month after my m/c, but, finding these ladies was so wonderful. I hope you stick around while you wait. Happy healing. I hope you're doing ok.
