So what is everyone up to this weekend?? Anyone plan to test??

I'm a p/t photography (for myself) and had a shoot Saturday, but they canceled, so now I'll just be staying home enjoying a relaxing weekend -- probably do some and cleaning....But that's about it :-).

I was planning to test Sunday, at 10DPO, but I'm waiting until Tuesday/Wednesday.

I will be starting AF. (I'm sooooo crampy and uncomfortable today) I should be cleaning the house but all I want to do is sit around and be lazy. But this weekend my dh and I are going to go look for tile and fencing. We just bought a new house in Nov. and we need tile backsplash in the kitchen and a fence for our dogs. Then Sunday my brother and sister in law are coming over to watch Wyatt so my dh and I can go out have a nice dinner and maybe a movie. Oh so exciting I know.

I may test this weekend depending what my temps do. Last pregnancy I got a BFN at 12DPO and then a BFP at 16DPO so I don't want to test too soon and get my hopes down. YKWIM? Tomrrow will be 12DPO.

Tonight DH and I are going to go see some improv comedy and then this weekend we are going to a local German restaurant with the inlaws. My cousin also mentioned she wanted to stop by for a bit because she is thinking about getting a parrot and wanted to spend some time with ours and ask some questions. All in all a good weekend.

Yeah -- wouldn't want to test too early...especially when you get a positive afterwards. I'd wait till 14 -- right in the middle :-)

The comedy show sounds fun tonight!!! :-)

What kind of parrot is she thinking of? I have a mullucan cockatoo, but used to have three different macaws and a african grey (ex has them now- the grey was mine but sounded just like him and his mother so I gave her up cause I thought I couldn't handle listening to them for the rest of my life.)

My plans are boring they consist of trying to remove evrything from the first floor of my house so we can finish the remodel. Need to have some drywall repairs done on the celining, and knock a wall out and replace the flooring. So we get to pull up all the flooring that's in there which is a combination of carpet, tile and wood (which was put down funky). Can't wait till it all gets done!
But we are going out for dinner so I can have my last hoorah before the IUI.

She doesn't know yet. All she knows is that she wants a bird that can talk I informed her that many different parrots have the ability to talk but it's never a guarantee and even parrots that are known for talking may not talk. I have a Derbyan Parakeet who will gladly talk up a storm.

At least she isn't going out and impulse buying the first bird she sees, she wants to sit down with me and learn more about what is needed to be a parrot owner.

... I fear the day that Putney learns to mimic the sound of a crying baby...

Sam -- that's not boring. Sounds like you'll be crazy busy! Love remodeling, though! Just not the moving things -- that part sucks! You'll have to post some pics for us to see

Next tuesday is my Stepdaughter birthday, she will be turning 9. So this weekend we are going to celebrate her birthday while the stepkids are here. So far she said she wants to go eat Mexican (which we do all the time, but it's her birthday so whatever) and go see our horses. She may come up with something else she wants to do but if not then we will probably go to a Mardi Gras parade on saturday.
