Looks like I will be joining ya'll starting now!!!! If you will let me. I went in for my 2 week follow up and the Dr. asked what our plan was. We told him that we wanted to start trying as soon as possible again. The Dr. said that the only thing that can help heal the pain is to get pregnant again. He also said that there is NO evidence that waiting after a miscarriage or a D&C will make a difference in future pregnancies. He says that he encourages all of his patients to try as soon as they feel up to it again, no menstrual cycle required. I'M SOOOOOO GRATEFUL that our Dr feels that way. It makes me feel a little less insane for already wanting to try again. Nothing will ever replace the baby we lost but now I can be hopeful for the future.
Here's the plan: I start Provera today because I'm still spotting from the surgery and the Dr says that this will help me shed my lining and start fresh. So 10 days of Provera, and when I start my cycle we will start back on Clomid on cycle day 5-9 like before. I'm so glad that I don't have to wait and try natural cycles before getting back on clomid. I feel hopeful now that we are trying again.

Hi Amanda! I'm so happy to hear you're doing well and I'm so glad you have a great Doctor who is behind you. Good luck I'll be stalking your progress. I go in on Tuesday for another ultrasound and bloodwork to see if my betas are back to zero so we can start ttc again too.
