I am new to the boards and I am getting frustrated with the results of Clomid. I am on my 3rd mo and up to 150mg. But my hormone levels are not going up as they had hoped. I am started to wonder if there is something else that I need to be doing. I want another child but I am scared of being hurt again. My last m/c was on my husbands birthday in June. I was 10 1/2 weeks along. I took off work for a week I was so hurt. I guess my question is: Have you taken Clomid, for how long, what level of mg, and did you have to use something else to help things along.

I am sorry for your m/c though, mine was also at about 10.5 weeks

I am so sorry, I don't have any experience with clomid. I know some of these ladies have used it and may be able to answer some questions. The board usually picks up on Mondays, so maybe someone can give you answers next week. Good Luck

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss!!!!

I know of 2 girls that conceived while using Clomid on here. One is ~*~Madison's Mommy~*~ her name is Angela, and the other is Herpersmama and she is Jen. If you want, PM them and ask their opinions, let them know I sent you!

My friend used clomid with her first and it took her 4 cycles, but I think at only 100mg. I would def go over to the TTC w/ MA board. Also, if you have PCOs, there is a TTC w/ PCOS board as well. Good luck!

and welcome! I was one clomid for5 months before getting pregnant with Baby #2 i was up to 150mg. on days 3-7. i also had to use mucinex to help thin out my CM and i also used pre seed lubricant, because clomid had dried all my Cm up, which happens. I am being bumped up tp 200 mg if i don't getpreggo this month next month. so it can take some times even with the the helpof clomid to get preggo again. remember even if you do everything right there is only a 25% chance of getting preggo each cycle.

Have you tried any thing in conjunction with clomid? This is my first cycle with clomid, but I am also going to use a trigger and IUI. I had 100mg for days 3-7.
