so do you think it's normal to have very vey tiny cramps at 11DPO? I've been saying I can feel teeny tiny cramps and that's why I thought I was going to start. Well, I have them, they come and go and I maybe feel like twice a day...so I was just wondering if it's normal. Last time I didn't cramp at all.

I have always been told that light cramping is normal. Don't start worrying yourself!

I had light cramping at the beginning. I was so sure AF was going to show up that I didn't test until I was 17dpo. A friend of mine is an OB Nurse Practitioner and assured me that it was very normal to have cramping in the beginning, it's just your uterus adjusting and starting to grow.

Yep, the cramping is completely normal. If it gets severe, obviously, that's a different situation. But, I have had cramping with all of my PGs.
