i told myself i wasn't going to stress on what i was going to eat and drink while conceiving but i have read so many different information on green tea!

i have read that it helps with your CM while trying to conceive but also heard that it reduces the folic acid intake as well!!!

im stuck - i love green tea and i know i drank it every when i did conceive my first but it ended up but scared that what could happen!!!

im just trying to think of ways to increase the amount of CM during ovualtion! read that water really helped and i do drink tons of water but than read about the green tea and now having second thoughts -

any ideas or thoughts ladies?!?!?

I've read the same things you have. How it increases CM but can also decrease folic acid. I have a box of green tea at my house. I need to do someting, because i practically have Zero CM. I remember when i was TTC my girls I drank Red raspberry leaf tea. But not sure why. LOL!

I don't know about green tea and cm. I drank red rasberry tea towards my final days of pregnancy trying to induce labor. To increase cm try Robitussin/Guaifenesin .

I've heard the same thing about green tea. I love green tea and drink it everyday. I don't know that it reduces folic acid absorption or not. my Dr. never said anything about it. I do take extra folic acid everyday though. I can't see how it would be worse for you than a diet soda or something though!
