I know you will hear from women on this board that a got BFP after the M/C before AF came. SO for those woman yes. I was told sometimes you may not "ovulate and release an egg". Hope this helps

I had a natural m/c at 8 wks. I definitely ovulated in my first cycle after m/c because I got a BFP (never got AF after m/c). That pregnancy resulted in my 3 year old son.

I think I did. If you click on the link to my chart below and scroll down to last month's chart, you can see how my cycle went.

I"m sorry for your loss....
I've definitely heard that some women do, and some women don't. I ovulated 5 weeks after my D&C.

Yes, I ovulated after both of my losses (but before "true AF" came), but later in the cycle than normal. My normal was CD17/18.
The cycle of my D&C I ovulated on CD24, the cycle of my natural m/c I ovulated on CD25.

I did, and it was only a couple of days off my usual, almost as if the m/c bleeding were AF. Here's my chart of my m/c bleeding and the O after: Chart

Sometimes you do sometimes you don't. With my first miscarriage I did ovulate before my first AF. the only reason i knew i did was because I ended up getting pregnant.
With my 2nd miscarriage I didn't ovulate until 2 cycles after wards.
