If you woke up one morning, and had no children...and there were no children in the world. But God gave you one job to do (mothering is not an option) what would you do? Why?

Be a VET!!! Baby animals are close enough if there are no real children.

Probably open a flower shop, I don't know why I have always wanted to do that. Either that or go back to my job in Public Relations, I love getting paid to talk for a living.

They actually did my wedding cake (Super Mario Themed b/c DH works in the video game industry) and they totally rock.

To answer the question, I'd go back to being a therapist. Or get into forensic psychology.

Vet. It's what I'd always wanted to do and I was a vet tech for years before I had kids.

Is money an issue? 'cause that's why I didn't chase my dreams. I'd probably either get my PhD in human evolution and Physical Anthropolgy, or I'd become a forensic anthropologist.

I'm changing my answer to this. I got my BA in bioanth, and worked for a forensic anthropologist at a museum for awhile before moving on to psychology. I forgot how much I missed it until you said something.

Oh and then I'd call you Bones!

Anyhow, I think I'd be a professional student. Or I'd do professional development for a company (as opposed to as a consultant) to increase retention, talent pool, and succesion planning.

hehe

Having kids has never been an issue for pursuing my dream job. It's just money...I've been on my own since I was 18, so I've always been a little chained by bills. That doesn't keep me from enjoying my dream jobs as hobbies
