Wouldn't it be too early to be feeling pregnancy symptoms?

Here's the scoop...

DBF and I dtd on Feb 22.
I normally get my period around the first of the month. I haven't one since the D&C on Feb 7, so I'm hopefully expecting it next week.
I have two symptoms that have popped up that could either be PMS or pregnancy...one day, I was having sharp pains in my uterus on the left side for the span of about 10 min. It felt kind of like being stabbed with a hot needle...luckily, I was sitting down. I also started feeling sharp pain in the side of my bb on one side, and now I'm feeling it on the other side. It's really painful!
I must say, I've never had sharp pains or bb side pain before...just dull pain and sore nipples.
However, I read something online that said it takes 7-10 days for a fertilized egg to reach the fallopian tubes. So then, wouldn't it be too early to be feeling anything from a pregnancy?

The bb pain is now all over. Ouch

I also felt nauseous and lightheaded, but it might have been a touch of the flu. Yesterday I started feeling sick to my stomach, and when I got home, I passed out. I woke up running a fever. Today the fever is gone, but I still feel weak and icky.
Also, I noticed today that my aereolas are darker...
I have an appointment with an OB GYN on March 4. I'm going to ask for a pregnancy test while I'm there. I'll be 10 days post dtd, so will it be accurate?

Pregnancy or AF, I'll be happy. I'm really not stressing about it. I would just like to know what you ladies think

I hope it's pregnancy symptoms, but it kind of sounds like you have the flu. I hope you feel better soon (and the you get a nice surprise at the OB-GYN's).

I'm not even counting the nausea, lightheadedness or exhaustion as symptoms, because I definately have some kind of virus. It's the other symptoms that are puzzling me. I've never heard of anyone getting their period only 3 weeks after a D&C. I really hope that I don't have to endure endless weeks of PMS before AF shows

If it makes you feel better, AF returned after my m/c exactly 25 days after I started to m/c. (Because of some minor complications, it took me about 4 days to completely m/c.) I had only stopped bleeding for like a week and a half and BAM! So, it's definitely possible to get it that soon. Just depends on your body. I hope everything normalizes and you get that BFP! Could the sharp pain be Oing? Just wondering. I hope they're EPS and you get a nice surprise at the OBs office. G/L KUP

In the other forum that I posted this in, I had another lady tell me that she knew of people who had gotten their AF pretty quickly after a m/c or D&C. That's good to know!
If the sharp pains were o'ing, then I'm definately not pregnant, because after the one day, DBF and I started using condoms again. We already had a conversation about TTC, and decided to wait until June. I'm completely fine with the idea of NOT being pregnant. Just needed some insight about what I was feeling

I got pregnant after a D&C, before I got AF and within a couple weeks of the D&C so who knows, hoping for a happy outcome for you!

It's possible. I would guess that a test at the OB's office 10 days past DTD would be negative. The tests they use are not very sensitive.

HMMMM, those symptoms could mean so many things... Who knows, but I would give it another week or so and then test- who knows, you may get lucky!!! Good luck!!
