It could be blood that hasn't worked its way out yet.
Bleeding during the first tri is pretty common and generally not something to worry about. I know how scary it is though. If it picks up, I would go in and have it checked out, though at this point there really isn't anything they'd be able to see on u/s and there is nothing they can do either way

I totally agree with Alicia...and just wanted to pass along that b/c your cervix is so senstive almost anything can cause it to bleed - so when I had my first OB appt they did a PAP and thank god she told me to expect bleeding b/c otherwise i would have panicked...i actually spotted bright red for about a day after that...BDing can also cause bleeding to happen to.
My OB told me not to worry about spotting at all if it was brown (old old blood) but even if it's red or pink as long as it's not significant (don't need a panty liner, etc) and it doesn't continue for extended period of time...
HUGS sweetie, I know you're worrying again...try not to! I had TONS of cramping during my pregnancy - some sharp pains & tummy pains - and every time I was convinced it was a m/c starting...the irony is when the m/c occured it was actually missed and all of the cramping i had apparently was just normal streching/cramping for 1st tri.
Now that you have me worrying about you KUP tonight and this weekend on how you're doing/feeling 'k?

Try not to stress your self out Jae. I read your other post too and when i was pregnant this most recent time I only had horrible nausea for the first 3-4 weeks and then morning sickness or evening sickness lol till about 15 weeks.
I agree with the other ladies on the bleeding, could be totally normal
If it makes you feel better to call the doctor then I would do that too!

With my first two pregnancies (which are now heathly and happy 1 and 2 yr olds!!) I spotted at almost the same exact stage you are at. I found out I was pregnant early, then about a week later I had some light spotting with them both!! It's probably just normal, my midwife says that will happen as the embryo burrows even deeper into the lining. I know it is worrying you, but I hope you can relax a little. It's probably nothing.

I have know so many people that have spotted in early pregnancy that have went on to have healthy preganncies, and babies. However, I understand your fears, and I think I would call the doctor if the spotting continues for another day or two just for peace of mind. I am the type that always feels better after talking to a doctor. Keep us posted.

I know that is worrisome, but it could be normal, if you want reassurance you could get your HCG levels checked? Just an idea, but in reality, what will be will be, and I'm sending you lots of

You all rock. Well right after I posted this, I decided to call Doc -- I told him everything from not being able to go to bathroom then the tint of red...he says it just sounds like your constiepated and to take 1 tbs of mineral oil today and tomorrow and 1 tbs of milk of magnesia -- but take one that today....so after i went to get all that my parents called and wantd to eat red lobset SOOO you know I had to go . We just got back...I had to pee from all the water so i did, but didn't see any spots so that's good. I'm going to take the milk of mag. right before bed...
Thank you all so much for the comfort!

And don't overwork yourself. I know last time that is what made me bleed. And then when I had a BM I almost filled the toilet with blood. It just helped push out what was in there that needed to come out or be absorbed. TMI big time! But I did bleed for a few weeks. It wasn't much and it wasn't something my OB worried about (not my crappy doctor either at the time) and then it stopped.
