So I had a D&E in January. I got my first AF on Feb 17th. I could swear that I ovulated this cycle around CD 13 or 14. Before my miscarriage, I had 31 day cycles, and a 12-13 day LP. This would make my cycle 26-28 days long! My cycles have been 31-32 days long since I started menstruating! Even after having a twin pregnancy, a normal pregnancy and 2 natural miscarriages, my cycle never changed... Could a D&C change my cycle? Has anyone experienced this before?

The hormones left over from your pregnancy could cause your cycle to be a little off for quite a while- even though the hcg may be gone there are other hormones to consider- my midwife said that I am still considered "post-partum" even though I didn't deliver at full term.
