Reason: because I can't spell
Right now, I'm losing 20 pounds to get down to a healthy weight, eating as healthy as possible, cutting down on the amount of alcohol and caffeine that I drink, and taking a prenatal vitamin as well as calcium. Closer to our TTC date, I'm going to cut out alcohol and caffeine entirely.
I've found several articles from reputable sources regarding the subject on the internet...including what guys can do. Try googling it. Good luck!

just wanted to hear everyones thoughts on what they did!!!
Honestly, I've never personally looked into it. But, if you don't mind...check out 'Pregnancy After a Loss' the ladies on there have a variety of info on this subject! I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help!!!
Not sure if I am pregnant or not, but I have been taking Fertile Aide since my miscarriage, and it looks like now I may have accidently gotten pregnant with 1 try on that stuff. It must be pretty potent. Its basically a prenatal with extra herbs such as vitex and some other stuff, but its pretty costly about 30$ a bottle.
