ok, this many sound weird do you ladies have any ways on increasing chances of pregnancy - like i have read green tea, primrose oil, exercise, drinking lots of water, lower intake on alcohol and caffeine!

just thought id ask you ladies since my AF showed up this weekend - but couldn't be more happier since it was my first after m/c!!

so far, i watch my weight, drink lots of water, take prental vitamins with extra folic acid and extra calcium and also take biomega!

Right now, I'm losing 20 pounds to get down to a healthy weight, eating as healthy as possible, cutting down on the amount of alcohol and caffeine that I drink, and taking a prenatal vitamin as well as calcium. Closer to our TTC date, I'm going to cut out alcohol and caffeine entirely.

I've found several articles from reputable sources regarding the subject on the internet...including what guys can do. Try googling it. Good luck!

Honestly, I've never personally looked into it. But, if you don't mind...check out 'Pregnancy After a Loss' the ladies on there have a variety of info on this subject! I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help!!!

Not sure if I am pregnant or not, but I have been taking Fertile Aide since my miscarriage, and it looks like now I may have accidently gotten pregnant with 1 try on that stuff. It must be pretty potent. Its basically a prenatal with extra herbs such as vitex and some other stuff, but its pretty costly about 30$ a bottle.
