Well, as a spin-off of Chris' post regarding pills taken to increase your fertility chances, I decided to create a thread for everyone to post their natural and over-the-counter TTC meds.

Start the list ladies!!!!

**This will be stickied, so please, only post the items you've used or know someone who's used them and they've successfully become pregnant. A proper intro will be edited once the list is up**

My RE told me everyone should take additional Folic Acid, even if not diagnosed MTHFR. I also took 100mg B6 and 2,000mcg B12

Okay, I have to confess I may have gone a little overboard in the supplement department after my miscarriage. I guess I just felt better knowing I was trying everything I could. So here is what I took starting about 3 days after miscarriage:
1. Fertile Aide for women 3 pills per day
2. 100mg B6 once a day
3. 400mg extra foic acid once a day (fertile aide has 600mg)
4. 500mg Vitamin C twice a day
5. 600g Calcium twice a day
6. 300mg DHA three times a day
7. 1 cup red raspberry leaf tea once a day
8. 15mg transdermal natural progesterone cream twice a day
(supposed to start CD14 until period or through 1st trimester)

And the funny thing is I may have accidently gotten pregnant on this stuff. I just hope it sticks. Once I got my BFP I started taking only the progesterone, a regular prenatal, the calcium supplement, and the DHA supplement

Can I ask where you got the progesterone cream? I have always suspected my problem is a progesterone problem 2 of my losses were on the exact day I was supposed to start my period and then another was a couple days after. So im really thinking its a progesterone problem. All my dr keeps saying is "Chemical pregnanies are SO common" which I know they are, but I have had 3 in a row and all happened very early, like when I should have gotten AF.
