Welcome to the board. This is a fabulous group of ladies. My name is Laurie, and I have one son, Connor, who is four years old. My daughter, Eva, was born still last June and I had a ruptured ectopic in December. I hope you get a speedy positive. I don't chart, so I'm afraid I can't help you there. As for the abreviations, I thought there was a post somewhere that explained them all, but the most frequently seen ones are:
bfp: big fat positive
bfn: big fat negative
af: aunt flow
bd: baby dancing
dtd: do the deed
bms: baby making sex
dpo: days past ovulation
o: ovulation
cd: cycle day
dh: darling husband
bf: boyfriend or baby's father
cm: cervial mucus
ff: fertility friend

That's a starting list, anyway! LOL

My name is Kimberley and DH is Jason. We're from Canada too! We're in our 12th cycle of TTC after our loss last spring. Don't worry about the abbreviations. Soon you'll be using them in everyday language.

Welcome to the board... the one abbr. that took me forever to figure out was 2ww. meaning 2 week wait and this could mean waiting to O or waiting to test.

I have only started charting.. (but I am way off.. I am a mouth breather so when I wake up my temps a very low) I have been doing OPK (but this is my first cycle after my m/c so I don;t know if I will O or not).
