Hey Ladies-

I have continued to lurk around this board since the Doc put the hault on my TTC for a couple months but not much posting. I have a situation that I would like your ladies input on.

So if any of you read my post a couple of weeks ago, the doc put a halt on my TTC until its been atleast 6 months (June 1st will be 6 months). Anyway, my last AF was the end of January. It was a normal 4-5 days and everything was fine. I haven't had AF since but am not pregnant bc I have taken many HPTs and all are BFN which is fine bc I am supposed to wait 6 months. I am not sure if AF will be all messed up because I lost Alyssa at full term so maybe its wacky bc of the entire pregnancy I don't know... Lots of rambling here...anyways For the past month I have honestly felt like I was pregnant... I have the nauseated feeling throughout the day, I feel like I can eat and then not to much later I am hungry again. Throughout the day I probably go to the bathroom a million times (this could be bc I have been drinking more water though... I constantly think AF is starting and I will go to the bathroom but there is nothing there...its very odd. Like I said before I have taken HPT just bc of all the things I have been feeling. Anyway, has anyone been in this type of situation? Do you think I should make an appointment with my doctor? Family Doctor or should I go to the OB/GYN? I know a million questions...

Thanks!

A Dr's appointment couldn't hurt. You could ask if he would check your hormone levels and see where you are at. I know that my PMS symptoms have convinced me I was pregnant before when I knew that I wasn't, so you could just be having some crazy hormone fluctuations!!! I know that must be frustrating!! If you do decide to go to the Dr be sure to let us know what they say!!!

yea, you should probably go check it out with your Dr. just to be sure. Probably just your family Dr. so they can do a blood test.

In December I was pretty convinced I was pregnant b/c I was feeling nauseous and smells were really irritating me and certain foods didn't seem appealing anymore. But then AF showed her ugliness. (Although in my situation, I was probably *trying* to make myself nauseous so I would think I was pg).

I agree with the other ladies, and think a doctor appointment would be justifiable in your situation. I am sorry you have to go through this. I know for me, the constant waiting for o, waiting for af, waiting ttc, ect.. can be a little madening. I hope your cycles regulate, and June gets here soon for you.

I can tell you after my DS was born my body has been a little screwed up when it comes to O time and right before my period. Feeling nauseated, sore boobs, smells...I agree with Heather with the hormone fluctuation thing...call your doc and make an appointment!

I agree...I think only the doctor would be able to pinpoint exactly what's up, but it very well may be your body trying to reschedule itself or something like that. But who knows? I think either the regular or OB would do the trick.

Yeah, I would definately speak to your OB about it. no AF since Jan seems a long time. Maybe you could go on birth control pills for a couple of months to regulate your cycle, since you have to wait until June anyway. Hope you can figure out what's going on and get your cycle under control. good luck!

Thanks. I am going to call my gyno and see if I can get in soon. I really want this all to be straightened out before June comes around so I can be all ready to go!

I would totally do the Birth Control pills but they are testing me for blood clotting issues so they don't want me on those.
