I've convinced myself that this is my month, even though we only bd twice. I had the same backache that I had the last two times I got preggo, I have the same super dried out skin (so bad that I can't even wear make-up) and pimples like I had when I was pregnant with my daughter, I am having frequent and vivid dreams, and I am super sleepy. Then, I POAS on Sunday, even though AF wasn't due for another week, and I got a faint line. It started to show before the 10 minute window, but it got darker after the window closed. It isn't a FRER, so it is probably a evap, right? It's pink, so I am allowing myself to build all sorts of hopes and dreams on it. I keep telling myself that I won't test until next Monday, but I am so tempted! I will be so depressed when this all turns out to be nothing. Somebody talk some sense into me, please!

If it started to show before the 10 mins was up, shouldn't it be a positive? I don't know much about evaps...

If it showed before the time limit it shouldn't be an evap. BUT I know I'm tempted to go home and test too because I keep convincing myself I have EPS. I shouldn't test till at least Saturday, AF shouldn't be due till next wednesday.
SO depending if you don't mind wasting tests (reason I buy bulk) test, or hold out till Monday. I'll try to hold out if you do!
Hope it really is a BFP!

Test again!!! If it was positive, it should get a little darker, right? I hope this is it for you!

I think testing again... like now... is the only way for me to give any real good judgement on the situation.

Laurie - Evap lines typically start showing after the time limit is up and the urine starts to evaporate, sometimes leaving a very faint line behind. If the line had color and showed up during the time limit, it sounds VERY promising to me. Of course, you know me, I'd have already tested a gazillion times by now. If you haven't learned from this group of addicts, the number of people talking self-control and common sense when it comes to POAS is very few So, since you asked us, I think you should listen to us and TEST AGAIN...RIGHT NOW!!!!

The symptoms sound so promising, and you seem to know your body pretty well. I really hope this is it for you. I don't blame you, though, for protecting yourself from possibly disappointing news. So, I will hope and pray that your BFP gets darker, and I look forward to another update...reaaaalllllly soon!!!! Oh, and could you post some pics of the test(s) so that we can obsess with you? PLEEEAAASE???

Good luck !!!! I'm keeping everything crossed for you!

Sweetheart I agree with everyone else. Evaps typically have no color and are more prominent on blue dye tests (good lord ive been doing this too long haha). They usually show up after the time limit and are grey, so pink dye tests are less likley to have them.

I hope that this is it for you girly

I say test again to lol. Can you post a pic of your test on here that you got the faint line on so we can offer you extra eyes in the matter?

I like to see BFP pics I am addicted to them more then I am addicted to POAS

I tested again and......

There was another faint line! It showed after 4 or 5 minutes, and it's pink! Also, I always keep my old tests for a while, and I had broken down and tested yesterday. I didn't have a chance to post, but I thought the test was either a strange bfn or faulty because the pink die was taking a long time to recede. Today, I pulled out my old tests so that I could check the first test with a line, and there was a pretty darn dark line on the one from last night. It's pink but I don't know if it is valid since I read it 24 hours later. Anyway, I will try to get some decent pictures to post for you all later. My mom is here and I don't want to go into this with anyone. I don't think I will even tell dh until af is officially late. I don't want to get his hopes up to soon, if you know what I mean? I am so afraid to hope, but I want this so bad. Every single time I think about not having a baby or see a pregnant woman my heart hurts so bad it takes my breath away.

We're here to listen and obsess with you! It has to be hard not exploding and telling everyone...but, I think we all understand how that can be. You don't want to let anyone down, or, get any hopes up. But this could be it!!!! Let us know how you're doing. And, did I mention that I'd love to see the pics???????? hee hee
Lots of BFP and sticky dust for you!
