Okay, so I had 4 positive OPK tests last week, from Tues - Fri, everyday it was a strong line.. So now my question is when is the best time for me to be taking a home pregnancy test?? and are there any brands out there that are more sensitive.. conception if it did occur would have been last Possibly mon-Fri?? so I dont want to keep POS.. I just need some advice on a good day to test that the Lhg hormone would be in my body!!!!!!!!!!

OK you are almost the same as me as far as O'ing. I o'd on the 25th or 26th. Also had my IUI on the 25th. If I go by the 25th as O day, Saturday would be 10dpo. It takes 3-7 days for implantation to occur and then 48 hours for hCG to enter the blood stream. It should then take another day or so to enter urine. So 10 should be a safe day to at least start looking for a BFP. Although from personal experience some times that's still way to early.

FRER are sensitive. I also bought some from Webwomb that are sensitive to 10-15mIU/ml
Most are not sensitive till you hit at least 20mIU/ml

Thank you!! I think I am just testing too early right now.. what is a frer test?? I keep reading about them but unsure as to what they are?? I will have to hold off and just wait till sat to POS.. even though I want to do it every time, hoping to see that line.. but then when I dont I just feel crushed.. I am so worried that at my age (37) it will be that much harder to conceive again..

Good luck! Sam gave you great advice. I don't have a lot to add, but, in Dec/Jan I had 7, yes SEVEN, positive opks in a row. I thought there was something wrong, but, Answer Brand (the brand I was using) is just that sensitive for some people. I thought it might help you to know that according to Fertility Friend, I O'd on the second day of positive OPKs. I think assuming the 2nd or 3rd day of your positive OPks is your O day would be "safe" in terms of guessing how many DPO you are...
HOpe that helps and hope it all ends in a BFP!
