Hey everyone! I have been lurking here since my m/c earlier this month. I just know I'll get some good answers from you all! I'm Cary and we had a mc on March 11th. I was a little over 5 weeks along. I also had an mc 10 years ago this past January. I have had three healthy babies since the first mc. Of course, my doc told me that basically it was just a bad thing that happened and will probably have no problem conceiving again. She gave me the go ahead to TTC. When I initally had the mc my hcg was 25, then three days later it was 4. I bled for about 6 days. This may be a really dumb question, but what days do I need to count from to know when I possibly ovulated? I know that with a period you start from the first day of your period. Since this mc was basically like a late period, should I start from the day I started bleeding?? My dh and I started bding the day after my bleeding stopped (and have done so every other day until this monday) and now I'm having all sorts of "pg signs". My problem is finding out when I o'd so I can test. I was thinking around the 23rd or 24th. I guess this is basically a waiting game at this point! I just absolutely hate this waiting, though! My dh says that I look pg and I certainly hope he is right!! I feel pg and have usually had "intuition" when it comes to my body and pregnancy. BUT I will be sooo disappointed if I am wrong! I won't bore you with my list of symptoms, but I feel like I did when I got pg the last time, minus extremely sore bbs. But I've never had sore bbs with any healthy pregnancy.

I also wanted to say that I hope everyone has good luck this time around! I have read ALL of your stories and I do feel for all of you! Good luck and thanks for listening to my nonsense!

Cary

Cary Welcome to the board and come on out of lurkedom! And I'm sorry for your loss!
I would count the first day of bleeding as your period. Both my chemicals were close to 5 weeks and I o'd on schedule with them.
So depending on how early you want to test Friday should be 10dpo (based on oing on the 24th). But if you want to avoid a false BFN I would wait till 14 or 15 dpo.
Hope you get your BFP soon!

wow, we are practically in the same boat! i too, had an early m/c this month and bled for about 5 days. I also think I ovulated around the 23rd because I noticed ewcm that day. The one difference is that dh and I only bd'ed twice around that time. I've been feeling some symptoms as well. here's hoping we get our sticky beans soon!!!!!

Thanks for the welcome! I was definitely going to poas by next tuesday. I'm figuring that I should start by then! I also want to mention that my mc 10 years ago, I got pg immediately after (before AF). So, I'm hoping that this may be our time. I have been blessed and have gotten pg on this first try everytime.

Hi Cary, I'm so sorry for your loss! I hope that you get that BFP quickly!!! I would probably POAS either this weekend or wait until AF is due.

Hi and welcome to the board. My miscarriage was a little later than you at 8 weeks, and I o'd 18 days after my miscarriage and got pregnant that cycle. My usual O is CD14 or 15. Your hormones may be a little on the wacky side after miscarriage so a wide range of symptoms can be expected. I hope you get your BFP! KUP.

I agree with Sam, but you really can't be sure until AF comes. Good Luck, I hope we get a BFP announcement from you soon!!
