Ideas?

I have no idea what cd I'm on. I haven't had af since my miscarriage and don't really know when to expect it. Do you guys have any ideas on what I can do to figure out my cd or estimate when af might show?

It may be a while. I had my d&c Feb 18th and didnt get af until March 23rd so about 34 days.

a lot depends on your body and how it processes everything. There is a chance that you could O so you might try charting or testing with OPK's. Until AF shows though dc is hard to predict.

I tried to figure it out through charting the cycle following my m/c. It was a mess though. I guess OPK's might catch it??? Sorry I couldnt help more.

I was just doing a bit of reading and I saw that some people that had d&c's count the day they had it as cd 1. I didn't have a d&c. I started spotting on feb 20th and miscarried on the 25th, would I count one of those days as cd 1? I'm really just grasping at straws here.

I had my D/E on Feb 6th.. AF didn;t show up until March 13th. 34 days.... It is really hard not to know! Good luck!

I had a natural m/c on Dec. 27 and didn't see AF until Mar. 16. Everyone's body is different and some have cycles that return back to normal and some that it takes a cycle or more to get back to normal. I hope yours can return right back to normal since the m/c

Well I had a m/c induced by meds and I was counting the day I passed the fetus as CD1. So That was March 3. AF showed up yesterday, that's exactly 4 weeks. Howerver, I'm not sure if I O'd at all this month. It's so hard to read the signs after a m/c. Good luck!!!

I counted the day I m/c as CD1, but that was just to get back into charting, of course I didn't temp consistently, and I don't believe I O'd before my first AF (you can see my chart after my m/c in the link below). Good luck!

Thanks everyone. I think I'm going to count the day I passed the baby as cd 1 (feb 25th) just so I have something to go by, so by that I'm on cd 35 now. I ended up buying some ovulation tests yesterday although I really didn't want to since I had to pay $40 for 7 tests... it's the cheapest I can get where I live

Do you ladies remember the signs that af was coming back? I started having a few cramps last night and I'm still having a few this morning. I don't want to compare this to af coming back after my last loss because that was under completely different circumstances and I was on quite a few medications then.

My first AF after the D&C was 43 days later. The only real signs that it was coming were a red tinge to CM that morning and a couple hours before it started, feeling completely drained, dizzy and exhausted. The first day was awful.

I hope you're able to figure out what your body is doing, and AF comes soon. *HUGS*
