So the doctor had warned me that my first AF after the m/c would be pretty heavy. So far it's not any worse than my normal AF has been. Today is pretty heavy, but that's to be expected. I'm on day 3 (used to be day 2 for me , but since I've had Isabelle things got a bit messed up and AF is much longer). Didn't even have any cramps and it was pretty light the first 2 days. Anyone else experience that?? I don't get why it would be heavier than normal. I guess maybe if you have to wait for AF for a while the lining gets too thick.
Yeah, it seems to be pretty normal to have worse cramps, but at least the bleeding isn't too bad. It's a cruel thing that we have to go through that after losing a baby, but I guess it's just natures way of resetting our bodies.

My first few cycles after my m/c were a lot heavier than before. I would also get achy legs before AF started and I never had that before. I think the hormones in our bodies are just out of whack for a while.
I just got my 1st AF since my m/c and the 1st 2 days were light and then it got heavy. The first 2 days I was excited that it was so light but I guess I jinxed myself. My periods have been heavy my whole life so I guess this months AF is normal for me
