I first found Just Mommies in March '06 after a missed miscarriage. I did a lot of reading and learned a lot from other people's experiences. Most of all I learned that miscarriage and loss is sadly much more common than most people know.
After our loss, we were thrilled with a healthy baby girl in December '06. Now two, we thought it was time to add to our family. Well, I feel like I am reliving my March '06 experience all over again. After another missed miscarriage on April 18th, we are waiting one cycle to begin the process again.
Does anyone have experience with pregnancy loss with a healthy birth in between? My doctor does not seem too concerned about the two miscarriages because I had my daughter in between. I just don't know if I should accept that the miscarriages happened for unexplained reasons or push for testing? (don't even know what to ask for!)
Well, I am sure I will get back into the Just Mommies message boards. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
Megan

Hi Megan, welcome back to JM!
I'm so sorry for the loss of your babies. My situation is different from yours, so I don't have any advice for you. However, I'm sure that there are other ladies on here who might be able to offer some insight.
I'm Penelope, DB is J (both 24). We have one angel, and we're WTTC until an unknown time.
Looking forward to getting to know you!

Hi Megan,
I am so sorry for your loss again. I miscarried this past March also with Cytotec after having an anembryonic pregnancy. I wish I could give you more info, but my doctor also told me not to worry about having another healthy pregnancy either since I had my son before this and everything was fine. I know it is hard to not be scared even after the first miscarriage but dont give up hope.
By the way, my name is Rhonda, DH is Conrad and we have a two year old son Andre.

Thanks everyone. I guess just knowing that other people are going through this and have made it through helps!
I look forward to getting to know everyone too!
By the way DH is Steve and we have a 2 year old daughter, Kate.

Welcome Megan. I'm so sorry to hear about your losses. HUGS! Wish I could give you some answers, but this was my first loss after 3 healthy pregnancies and babies. So it was a shock to us when it happened. I hope that you get a BFP soon and have a H&H pregnancy.

No advice, just wanted to say that I'm sorry for both of your losses. My loss in Feb was my first. My name is Cathy and DH is Kevin. We have a son who just turned 12.
