BFN.. maybe too soon??? How close to AF did you test??

Hey ladies!! Well as you know from prior posts I am due for AF around the 9th of this month. I took a frer test the 2 days ago and got a BFN.. I am told I could still be pregnant???? I would have thought by now it would have shown. I am trying so hard to wait till Thursday to test again, and praying that there is not enough hormones in my body yet to show a BFP. Anyone else here test late and get a BFP??? should I give up hope and wait for AF?? how soon did you test before AF to get your BFP

From what I have read some people don't even get BFP's on the day AF is due and still end up with BFP's a few days later. It all depends on when implanation occurs. I would love to say wait and test again on Thursday when AF is due... but I am becoming a POAS addict... so POAS every other day or so... you never know when you will get a BFP.

I do think it is steall early for a BFP if you are still a few days away from AF being due.

Don't give up yet... It could still be too early. What brand of test did you use? Many of them are not sensitive enough to register a BFP until later. FRER seem to be the test of choice for the ladies around here. They are very sensitive. I had luck with the Dollar Store Brand. If you want to see some of the sensitivity levels of different brands, go to peeonastick.com. (You may already know all of this... sorry) Anyway, test again soon and KUP! G/L and lots of BFP dust heading your way...sticky dust too!

When I had my miscarriage my cycles were not the same... So maybe it is just still to early for you.... My first period after my miscarriage was at 35 days. Noraml period would of come at 28-29 days... Some are even longer.. So I say keep testing . Have you been charting or temping ?

OK I'm a POAS addict, and have been POAS almost everyday since 7dpo. AF is due for me on the 10th. AND I KNOW BETTER THAN TO DO THIS TO MYSELF. I have never gotten a BFP until AF was late, usually the day after. On my first one I was nauseas all day and I thought a day late. I tested and got a BFN, then the next evening I tested again and got a BFP!
So I would say you have a very good chance still. It ain’t over till AF shows!!

YEP...I agree with everyone else. I have NEVER gotten a bfp until AF is late... and most of my tests were done at least a week late. Good luck to you!

with my last one I tested at 11DPO and got a BFP. But I do know some mommies who didn't get a BFP unti a week or two after AF was due. So don't give up hope yet, it's definately possible that you are pregnant. Wait unitl AF is late and test again. Good luck!!!

I used on a 28 day cycle... O ing on or araound the 14-15th so I got both my last BFP on 9DPO but now my cycle is so messed up I don't even know when AF is due. I have also been poas since 7 dpo.. since I have no idea.... GOOD LUCK KUP!

I've tested positive at 10DPO both times I've been pregnant. However, like mentioned above many women will get negatives even up to AF. I'd try and wait until Friday and if still no AF test again! GL!!!!

There are 2 girls who posted on the TTC board and on didnt get her BFP until she was 22 days late for AF and the other didnt get hers until she was 24 days late. I am still waiting for my BFP. I havent had AF Yet but I havent had a BFP either. Try to hold off till the weekend. I hope you get your BFP

I agree with all the other ladies. Implantation can take 6 to 12 days. So, some women will get early bfps and others will not. Please let us know what happens. I am really hoping this is it for you. GL

Thank you all for your support.. so today is friday.. I tested again and still BFN??? still no signs of AF??? this is crazy.. I am trying to keep focused, then someone mentioned a tubal pregnancy and got me all freaked out.. I will keep posting on this link and hopefully get a BFP.. or ugly AF, oh lord!!!!!!

I hope it's not a tubal pregnancy! Do you have any symptoms? Do you have insurance that would cover bloodwork? I hope you get an answer soon. KUP

hmmm, what are the wierd lights I see people using on their pregnacy tests.. looks like a black light?? I see them on here alot, just curious... do you know what I am talking about?? Its usually in pics posted of POS???
