I need your help ladies. I feel like I've been kicked in the back and the stomach at the same time. I looked up symptoms of kidney and urinary tract infections and I'm pretty sure I don't have either one. I have no problem with urination.

It almost feels like I pulled all my muscles lifting something but ever since my minor hernia thing last summer I have been extremely careful about lifting. The most I lift is the laundry basket and even that Zack does for me most of the time.

Could this be O pains? I am pretty sure I O'd on Fri-Sat-Sun. And there's no way this could be from implantation, right?

I am just freaking out, I thought it would get better if I sat on the couch all day and it's not helping. It almost feels like my back and love handles are swollen and in the front it's like I have a side ache on both sides from running.

Sorry for the long post, this just totally came out of the blue last night.

I don't know what it could be. Is it a pulling/stretchy or is it crampy? When I have O pain, it's more like the running stitch you would feel when running. Is it constant pain? Sorry I'm not much help

Take it easy and hopefully it will ease up a bit. KUP!!

I have really bad O pain. It feels like my ovaries are going to explode, plus like my insides are all swollen and I even have a hard time sitting down. Never mind BDing, I'm in a lot of pain, but that is the best time - right?! So I usually suffer that one day. It defintely could be O pain. But just to be on the safe side, if you have back pain, it could be either a kidney infection or kidney stones. I would get it checked out. Hope you feel better soon! Did you take an Advil to see if it would help???

I hope you feel better.. I think I O'd on Sat the 28th, I had cramping fri-sat-sun... I am hoping it was implantation.. If it was it would have been 4-6 days for me... I hope this is it for you... Good Luck, KUP!

It seems to have gotten better for right now- I actually couldn't sit on the couch anymore so I vacuumed! Maybe the movements loosened me up. I am not constipated or gassy and it's not sharp pain like a kidney stone. I am thinking O pain b/c it's very crampy. The pain in the back is what's throwing me off. It has gotten alot better over the last hour. I drank about 4 glasses of water in case it was the start of a UTI.

Thanks for your help ladies, hopefully it goes away soon!

Thanks Kimberley. It got better for a while today after I cleaned but now it's back. I wonder if I just pulled muscles. It feels very much like cramps though. Why can't our bodies be predictable?!?!

Every single time I have gotten pregnant I had really bad back pain during (what I am guessing was) implantation. I didn't have pain in the front, though. I've never had a uti or kidney infection, so I can't help much there. Have you ever had trouble with your galbadder? It could be that.

Ow! That sounds painful. My husband just had a virus that also had lower back pain. My oldest DS had it, too. But, there's was accompanied by fever and a really bad cough. So, I hope this is implantation pain. That would be awesome! If it doesn't subside soon, get it checked though, OK? KUP

Well it's still there. The pain in the front isn't as bad but in my lower back it feels like a dull ache. I remember when I was pg (along time ago now!) I didn't test for 2 weeks b/c I had lower back pain and mild cramping and kept thinking it was PMS. So maybe this is the start of it!? I really frickin hope so!

My other first symptom when I was pg last time was being really hot at night, which normally I wear flannel jammies and have two comforters on b/c our house is freezing. Last night I had a tank top on and woke up with all my covers off and I was still warm. So either I'm getting a fever and have a kidney or ut infection or I am knocked up. Let's pray for knocked up.

Haha, thanks girls! The backache is STILL here, I went on a walk with my munchkin I babysit and did a bunch of stretches and it's not going anywhere. I am so uncomfortable sitting on the couch that i have to have a pillow on my back. And I'm having a bunch of pinching in my very low abdomen. If I'm not pregnant then my body is really messing with me!

OUCH Are you sure you shouldn't go to the doctor, just in case? Not trying to scare you, it just sounds really painful!

Oh Eleysia it's waaaaaaay too early. But Z will be out of town tomorrow so you better believe I'm going to Dollar Tree to stock up. I've been really good and haven't POAS since December! Mostly b/c AF kept coming early....

I wanted you guys to help me hold off until next Saturday! You little enablers

I am seriously getting my hopes up that this is implantation, if AF does show up next week we better all meet up for drinks cuz I will need one desperately...
