Ok, talk with me like your talking to a 5yr old.. I am trying to allow my private messages to be read and sent, but something is blocking it and I dont know how to stop it ... HELP!!!

Go to your User Control Panel. Read down the boxes on the side and click on Edit Options. In the second or third box down there will be small click boxes one of which says Email Options and one says Send and Receive Private Messages. One is for Administrators and one is for members. Click on all the boxes that you need and save changes and you are good to go!
