Have you seen the first response Fertility tests? You take them on cd 3 to see if you are producing the folicle-stimulating hormone to ovulate. Maybe you could check those out to see whether or not your body has forgotten how to O! I hope not, but I thought you might want to check them out. I saw them at Target.

I'll have to look for them. I think I'm about to O. The OPK's are almost positive. Thank you so much if I don't get pregnant or really O this month I'll definitely go get them.

Yay for Oing! I hope you don't need them, but I knew you were worried, so when I saw them I thought of you. They are around $20 for a pack of two, but I figured it was still cheaper than a trip to the Dr's office and a bunch of blood work. GL!
