Hi Ladies,
Could you give me a little input on your experience:
When did AF arrive after your m/c or D&C. I had a D&C but both opinions are welcome. I guess I just need some reassurance that I am within the "normal time frame" and that it will happen... eventually.

After my d/e it took 35 days for af to show.... I was always 28 days like clockwork... Never late.. never early! Now FORGET IT! Craziness. this last cycle was 33...

Everyone is different but it took 5 weeks for AF to come back. When I asked this questions I got anywhere from 3-6 weeks as an average but did hear that there are some women who take up to 3 months for AF to come back.

Mine was 30 days but I couldn't compare it to previous cycle lengths because when I got pregnant they were not regular.

I had a natural m/c (induced by medication) and AF arrived exactly 4 weeks later.

All my m/c's were natural and AF arrived in my normal 28 days.

My AF arrived 30 days after I had a natural m/c. I usually had a 28 day cycle.

I had a natural miscarriage in Mid-March. AF came 28 days after the first day of bleeding.

I had a d & c...but mine wasn't typical...I didn't start my AF because they left tissue. But on the 2nd D&C it started 25 days later which was normal for me...but i think it's because my hcg was only in the 500's when they did the 2nd one. I was 8 w 4 d preggo when they did it the first time. Good luck...everybody is different.

Thanks everyone. I know everyone is different but it is just good to hear everyone"s experiences.
Today is day 30 after my D&C. No signs of A/F but I never really get PMS or signs she is about to arrive. I hope to join the TTC group very soon.

It took me 74 days to get AF.....my doctor told me 4-6 weeks, but that wasn't the case for me  I hope she arrives soon for you.

I had a natural m/c, and AF showed back up just a few weeks after the bleeding stopped, like a normal cycle. I hope she shows for you soon!

I had a D&C Dec 17, got AF about 4 weeks later and got pregnant agan on March 4!!! So less than 3 cycles later I got a BFP. Hope it works the same for you.
BTW- welcome to the board!!! Stick around til AF comes, you don't have to wait

It took me 33 days to get AF after my D&E. Hope she come soon! I hated waiting for her to show.

Believe it or not, took only 7days for a light AF to show after d&c. I never spotted or bled after the surgery. Then had a regular flow for 5 days. Dr. agreed that this was a cycle for me, very quickly. Usually I have AF after other losses in 2-3 wks. Never had it happen this quick. I did ask the dr. what is normal and he said 3-6 months!!! After 5mo, of no AF he starts testing. Hope this helps.

I had a natural m/c and AF returned 25 days later. I hope AF shows for you soon. But, remember, you don't have to wait until you're TTC to join us. Many of us spent our "waiting time" right here, getting to know everyone, learning how to temp, swapping stories, etc...It was really good for me to have the ladies here while I waited and while I TTC. Hope your cycle normalizes soon and you get to TTC!!!! KUP
