What kind of OPK's do you all use and do you like one brand better than the other? My Dr. told me to pick up some OPK's so that I can see when I ovulate after I take my Clomid so I was thinking about Getting the Clear blue easy Digital OPK's with the smiley face. I used the Answer OPK's in March and I got what I thought was a positive opk on the 8th 9th and 10th and then got another what I thought was a positive on the 15th 16th and 17th but then the Dr told me that I didnt ovulate at all in March because I havent had an AF. I am 20 days late for AF today. So now I am not sure that I like the Answer Opk's. I have 7 days of the Provera left and then I start on my Clomid on Days 5-10 of my cycle so I am going to try to pick up some OPK's soon. My Dr said I should start testing with OPK's on the 12th.

The Answer ones might not have been wrong. Your body might have tried to O, so you got the surge, but then the egg just never released. That is pretty common in women who have PCOS. I'm not saying you have it, but they have problems Oing, and often will get a surge, only to never actually release the egg. I have used the $ store ones and the early-pregnancy-tests.com ones with success.

I use the early-pregnancy-tests.com test ones also. You can get package deals from them, OPK's & HPT's. I've used them for the past 2 cycles and have gotten good results. No BFP's though

I use IC's until I start to see a shadow of a second line, then I switch to the digital ones. I prefer the digis 'cause there's no way to mis-interpret the results. They cost more though.

I used the Target brand OPK's and they worked well for me and IMO, were pretty easy to read. They were like $12.79 for a box of 7.

I oreder IC off of ebay... The cheapest I have found.. looked them up.. the are FDA approved in the states.. and approved in GB.. The OPK's are 20 sensitivity and the HPT's are 10 sensitivy. They run about I got 100 for $26 (US) free shipping. I got 75 opk's and 25 hpt. But you can order any amount of each... the store name on ebay is Fertility Plan.

I just started using the clear blue digital ones. They're expensive but its nice to see the smilie face and know for sure it's a positive instead of trying to figure out if a line is dark enough.

The reason I said $18.00 is because I called walmart and asked them if they had any and how much they were and the woman I talked to didnt usually work that part of the store so I think that maybe she Might have looked at the wrong thing. I think she looked at the Clearblue easy digital Pregnancy tests instead of the Ovulation tests because I called my sister who works at CVS and the Clearblue easy digital ovulation test at CVS are $39.99. I am still going to purchase them even thought they cost so much because I hate trying to read the lines on the Answer OPK's.
