Safe? I can't wait any longer, I've got pain in a tooth we were trying to avoid having to do a root canal on so it has to be done . I have an appt for tomorrow, I should be okay right? Like if we caught the egg its not like it would have implanted yet or anything, right?

I had a tooth yanked at 7 months ... better to deal with it now! You could always mention you may be pregnant...

As long as you don't have to take any pain meds or antibiotics for more than a few days you should be fine (and even if you did I wouldn't worry too much). You will have already O'ed and it would be well before implantation. Essentially, the egg (or hopefully embryo) would just be hanging out, floating around in there for a few days. Take care of yourself and do what you need to do- you will feel much better afterwards!!!
