I was googling if it was possible to have symptoms before implantation, and I came across EPF - I've never heard of it before, but it sparked my interest.

Early pregnancy factor - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So I wonder when they will come out with an EPF test?

That is very interesting! I guess if there was a test like that, I wonder how many of us would have had confirmed pregnancies just days after BD'ing to only turn into a chemical. Not sure if I could handle such heartbreak. Maybe it's better not knowing at that point. Maybe that is why they haven't put out tests like that yet. I guess they wouldn't make as much money as they do with the EPTs, considering how many POAS addicts are out there.

Wow, thats crazy! I agree with Trish, with the risk of chemical pregnancies, I think that could cause so many woman emotional heartache.

I think that is pretty interesting.. They say 40% but can be as high as 50% of ALL pregnancies end in m/c (egg meeting sperm, conception) and that after it is confirmed by a Dr... (implatation) it drops down 15%. They are some high numbers... But the fact is that 50% most don't know they are pregnant. They are a day or two late... and never test. So you can look at this two ways. While most woman dont know dont test.... Are us POAS mostly in that 40% or the 15%....

I don't know I think I would like to know because... than that way I'm not in the 2ww of no drinking, no meds, trying to convince myself I am pregnant for 2wks.. only to be crushed..
I wouldn't want to know because... I have had a chemical pregnancy, it is crushing.. It would add 2 more wks onto knowing your pregnant.. if you are waiting to tell... 2 more week wait...

I'd use it in a heartbeat. If I knew that the 2ww had more of a chance of ending happily it woul dbe easier to wait.

I'm pretty sure the FRER Gold Digi says something about testing HCG and EPF in their little pamphlet.
