So I dont know if I'm just not grasping the concept or if maybe my body hasn't returned to normal after my D&C, but I totally don't know if or when I'm O-ing. I never paid attention before, but I've been trying to figure it out for the last 2 cycles and I really don't know. CM doens't seem to change, I dont' think I have any of the other "clues" that are mentioned...I'm just so frustrated! I'm pretty sure I'm out this month anyways, we didn't really BD as much as we had originally planned and I just have a feeling that our timing was off. I guess it just kind of makes me sad that it's come to this...and all I keept thinking is that I should be 4 months pregnant right now...not obsessing over every little thing. ugh...maybe i'm just having a bad day...

Oh the bright side...DH and I are going to Canada this weekend!! We got tickets to a Canucks game so we'll be "home"...at least for a day. =)

Have you been temping. For me that was a sure way to know when I had O'd. It won't tell you if you are going to but it is great to look back and make sure you did what you could to catch that egg! Also, I have had good luck with OPKs too.

I know that feeling of just not wanting to do this again. I should be about 4 months pg too. Hang in there. Some days are just better than others.....

The only reason I knew when I ovulated is because I used clear blue digital ovulation tests. I can't interpret body signs correctly and I don't temp because I have insomnia so it wouldn't be accurate. I hope you figure it out soon! Have fun at the Canucks game, we'll be watching it on tv

I noticed that this 3rd cycle since my D&E has been completely different than the ones before. I had VERY little CM and I only know I O'd because I temp'd. This month I took my temp and used opks but I had SOOOO much more CM and was able to judge O date a little better. Maybe your body is still not completely all the way back to normal. Did you used to have a lot more CM?

Thanks ladies...I knew you'd make me feel better! I just feel like I'm going a little bit crazy, trying to interpret every little thing...my poor DH is just shaking his head at me. I think next month I might use OPK's...just so I know things are working the way they should, and maybe give me a better idea on when I O. I think I might have had more CM before my D&C but I dont really know...I really never paid attention or knew anything about what to look for. I guess we just got lucky last time...

Are you on allergy meds or anti-histamines (sp)? That may affect your CM.

I did take some anti-histamines late last week because I didnt' know they can effect cm...but I dont remember really having any last cycle either and I wasn't taking anything. So I don't know...guess it's time to just start paying attention to these kind of things!

I think d&c really mess up your cycle. at least it did for me. Well I never had one, 3 months and still no af, no o either since I was temping I knew. Dr. had to give me provera and fortunately the cycle after that was perfect.

Last month was my first cycle since my d/c.. and can I tell you I know I was under stress (death of grandmom), and allergies.. took anthistamine.. but I had very little and sometimes no cm. I did use opk's and I had a surge... I temp (not very accuratly, I work night shift.. so different times of the day.. but always after 4 or more hours sleep). But the question is did I release an egg? or did I miss it. I am having a difficult time.. is it sticky, creamy..... eggwhite or watery? I did find a web site that showed pictures of the cm... I know it sounds funny.. I needed a visual.

I think you should use the OPK's just to get an idea. Good luck and you'll get pregnant very soon!!
