Ok.. so my best friend just noticed a giant golf ball size "thing".. it is coming out of her vagina.. its about the size of a golf ball, pink in color.. not soft but textured.. she just noticed it recently, tonight... it is attached to the vagina.. and looks like a golf ball, rough to touch.. almost like a squishy ball, but attached. we are best of friends and she has shown it to me and I have never seen anything like it before in my life.. it is below the clitoris, and if she were to try to have sex it would be very hard as this "thing" is in the way.. its very hard to explain, never seen anything like it... she showed it to me... it hangs down from her vagina, it is attached and I dont know what advice to give, besides, going to a doctor.... it is pink in color and very obvious to the eye.
I am sorry if this is tmi, and upsetting, just thought maybe somehow, somewhere someone has experienced this??? I am completely thrown off.. it looks like a growth of some kind... very upsetting to her, just lookinh to see if anyone is familiar with this.. I can try to convince her to post a pic if needed.. she is very shy...
please let me know if you have any idea of what this may be??? thank you so much, and I hope its ok to post this..

her is a photo of the sist.. i have never seen anything like it
i I deleted the image as it is very graphic.. I dont want to break any jm rules... If you would like to see the image private message me and I will send it on.. I just dont know that the photo is allowed in this forum. Thank you all for your advice..

It looks like some sort of a tumor. I'd tell her to go to the Dr. ASAP.

I agree with PPs. Heck, even go to the ER! I'm surprised she's stayed comfortable long enough for it to get so large!

GET HER TO A DR! Drive her yourself and drag her in! That doesn't look good AT ALL! I hope that it just turns out to be a fluid pocket or something!

I am sorry girls, I had to delete the photo.... I know it was nothing pleasant.. and I didnt want you guys to have to see it again... I know she needs to go to the doctor.. she is very adimant to wait and refuses to go to er... she has no health insurance.. what a mess... I have no idea what it is and how it got there.. I do have a few friends who are physicians, I will call and ask them what they think... thank you for all your advice, I agree with you all that its shocking and disturbing.. and needs to be seen immediately.

I am getting on here after the photo was deleted... First yes she needs to go to the doctor. If it is a tumor.. it could be late stage Ca. Or it could also be her uterus. It is called a prolasped uterus. Look it up and see if the pictures look the same. It could also be a cyst that needs to be lanced. These are only 3 of nomurous things it could be. She needs to see a dr to be diagnosed and treated.

I was thinking prolapse too. Whatever it is though, it sounds like she really needs to be fronting up to ER - any update?

Looks like a prolapsed uterus. Have you showed her some of the pictures online? I really hope you can get her to the doctor. Please KUP.
