Okay ladies. I need some advise/help:

I started my first AF after my D&C 9 days ago. I had 4 days of bleeding (which is normal). I usually O around day 13-15. Today I had some brown discharge. Nothing huge but it was there. I have never, since I was 16, had any type of mid cycle spotting. Any advise on what this could be and if I should worry. Does it mean no O this cycle? I am confused and was really hoping to TTC this cycle. Any input would be great. Thanks!!!

I've had two cycles since the D&C so far, and they've both been different then my usual AF. I even got a few spots of brown during this most recent one, and not even close to when I actually o'd. Could that be what this is?

I can't remember, do you use OPK's?

I haven't started to use my OPKs since I didn't expect to O for another 5 or 6 days! I think I can take one in a hour or so. I can't believe I would O on CD 9! AHHH!

With my last loss, it took 3-4 months for my body to go back on schedule. I know it is frustrating, I am sitting here waiting for AF to arrive so I can feel a little more normal.

I've also found that after the m/c my cycles are a bit weird. I would bleed and then stop and then start to bleed again. My first AF was 9 days - 3 days of heavy bleeding, a day of nothing then again a day of spotting, then it would pick up again then nothing....etc. It drove me nuts. Hopefully your body will return to it's normal rythm soon!

I have never had a d&c, but just wanted to say- i hope it all figures itself out!! Your body can be a little wacky after a m/c.

Hey! I just wanted to let you know that I had my D&C in December and my cycles are still messed up.

your cycles can be very screwed up after a m/c. mine are really outta whack. i just got AF after a 36 day cycle. my cycles are usually 28 days. I O'd a whole week later than usual and i usually O late to begin with. your hormones have to re-regulate themselves. so at this point anything can happen. G/L

My first cycle after D&E was 27 days and then it took 36 days..... to get my cycle..... and they were very light. So agree with all the girls..... Your cycles will be messed up for a while

Thanks ladies. I think I just got a + OPK test today. I am always so unsure about the line color but it looks the same as the control line. Oh well. A little BD never hurt anybody! DH won't complain!!

GOOD LUCK! If you did O' this early! I think this is one of the hardest things... after you go through a m/c you still feel so out of control with your cycles... Its just not fair!!!
