This video is beautiful, but definitely a tear jerker. The part where the couple hold up the sign that says, "We just heard our babies heartbeat!" really got to me because our first ultrasound was amazing, but I had no idea how much of a blessing it was until weeks later, when we found out that Autumn had passed away only days after we watched her sleeping and heard her little heart drumming away
