I am going to be making an appt for my doc this week.. either for a BFP or my yearly pap.. either way I will be calling.
But I wanted to find out if I am the only one feeling pain.
Since my first cycle after my M/C that would have been March 12th I have only about 10-14 days of not feeling some kind of pain. I get the AF cramping a few days before.. 2-3 days of pain and 2-3 during.. and than I have a few days of NO pain (when I say a few 5-6) Than I go into what I think is Ovulation pain.. this lasts for about 5 days.. than I have no pain for (5-6) than I start back up for AF.
Now this pain is not doubled over can't do anything.. and its not constant... It comes and goes... sometimes a few hours, sometimes the whole day.
It is a cramping/pulling/sharp/aching/sometimes a spasm.. Not all at the same time... af cramping... ovulation sharp.... pre af spasm...
Since your m/c is anyone else feel like they are constianly in pain?

Between this one and the last one, I definitely did. I have my yearly right before the second pregnancy, and I mentioned it... I was wondering if it was my uterus or something just not quite back in the right place... I don't know. My OB wasn't worried since my period had been normal to heavy (I guess light period with pain indicates a problem). But I'd love to know what your OB says.... it just didn't feel right.

I had some pulling, jabbing pain after my m/c on the right side. And, it got worse the cycle I got my BFP. I was nervous something was wrong. Nope, all normal I guess. Hope you get some answers. And, I really hope the answers include a BFP!

I have been feeling the same thing for the past week. I have not had a cycle yet, but was going to call my doctor today. Is sometimes the pain around where your ovaries are? Like when you ovulate but sharper?

I remember having pain for several months after the d&c. I just felt sore on the inside. It was weird, but after a while it went away. I had normal af's and cycles and after a few cycles I felt back to "normal." I don't know if it was healing and that causes pain? KUP when you visit your dr.

I will be interested to hear if they tell you anything. I have been feeling the same thing. Only a few days per cycle that I feel nothing. Used to be I hardly even got AF cramps and now I am getting twinges/pulls/cramps through out the cycle. I have been trying to tell myself it is just that I am more obsessive about every little thing but I will be happy to hear them give you good news

I still have pain during the whole cycle. Like you I only have 1 or 2 days without any kind of pain. I asked the doctor about it and she said that it is normal the first few months and it could take up to 6 months for me to start getting back to normal.

Missy YES!!! The pain is around the ovaries... much like ovulation pain .. And it can also be around the low part of mu uterus.
THANK YOU!!!! I was starting to think mentally I had something wrong with me. I kept telling my dh and he would ask is this normal? I would say it never happened before... I am just always in "pain" but not bad pain... enough to know something was happening.

Kary, that is exactly what I am feeling. I thought I was going crazy too. It's around my ovaries and the pain is especially bad during and after O time. Last cycle I thought my ovaries were going to explode. This time it's not as bad. Maybe our insides are supersensitive right now. I just hope it goes away.

Once after my loss I was hurting so bad I told my DH to have the dr's check my uterus if I passed out. I felt like someone was poking me with a hot knife. I never did find out what caused it (it went on for 2-3 days with one day being the worst) but looking back I think I had a cyst on my left ovary. I got pg a few weeks later and when I had my ultrasound they couldn't find anything on my ovaries so I believe the cyst had healed by then.

I am feeling all of everything you are feeling. For some reason the past hour has been horrible. I took 2 tylenol but it hasn't helped at all. Right now it hurts more than after the D&C. My hormone levels are back to zero so I don't think anything is seriously wrong with me.
I never got AF cramps before, If this is what girls go through I feel horrible for all of you!

I posted this 11 days ago on the loss board but no one has experienced this. Have any of you had cramping for this long? I was fine 3 days after the D&C and now today it is getting worse: (It is now 4 weeks after the D&C)
I have terrible cramping today. I am one of the lucky ones that never cramps before AF. I had the D&C on 4/11, I think I O'd on 4/21 and I am clockwork on a 21 day cycle. I know that after a loss that your cycle is off so I don't think it is AF. At my 2 week check up all was great, my uterus was fully back to normal. I don't have a reason to think anything is wrong but the cramping is very uncomfortable.
Has anyone else experienced this 2+ weeks after a D&C?
After this post it went back to the pulling and tugging and the pain in my left ovary. Now today it is back to the cramping again.

Me me me!! I had a lot of pain for up to a couple months after my D&C. But the first month was the worst. About 3 weeks after my D&C, I felt up to starting to work out again. I went running on the treadmill and all of a sudden got the worst pain/cramps I have ever gotten before. I almost collapsed and was literally doubled over with pain. I couldn't even sit up, I was just curled in a ball. My husband had to come pick me up because I couldn't drive. That was by far the worst day and the pain and cramping did slowly go away. It is wierd though that I get cramps during and right before my period since my last loss. I NEVER got cramps before.

I didn't have a D&C but my first 6 -8 cycles after my loss I had much stronger cramps than ever before. Even my legs would ache.

wow Kary...you read my mind. I am starting to wonder if theres something up with me too, because ever since my D&C I have been having "pain" though out my cycle too. Some times its like a little shooting/stabby pain on my right side (i've been hoping it's o pain but the dates don't really compute since it's all cycle long) and i'll start getting pain af like cramps a couple of weeks before af is supposed to show. Please tell me what your Dr says cuz i'm on the verge of making an appointment myself!

Kary,
How are you feeling? My cramping got so bad today and AF is stronger than I can remember since I was a teenager.
I am thinking of going to the DR tomorrow.
